The cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. Prices are based on rental for 2 people, with a minimum rental period of 1 week (7 nights). For rentals exceeding 3 weeks, prices are available upon request. Please check availability on the calendar.

Additional charges and terms:

• Check-in is available any day of the week.
• There is a surcharge of €95 per person per week for bookings with 3 or more persons.
• The minimum age requirement to rent the cottage is 25 years.
• The cottage is not suitable for families with young children.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house or on the terraces..

 

Included in the price:

• Water
• Internet/ Wi-Fi
• TV (Chromecast/ Netflix/ NL ZIET/ YouTube channel)
• Shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid

 

Additional costs:

• Bed, bath, and kitchen linen & final cleaning: €150
• Electricity: Charged based on actual consumption at €0.40 per kWh, deducted from the deposit.
• Pellet fuel for the living room pellet stove, unless replenished by the guest. If not replenished, €12 per used bag will be deducted from the deposit.

Deposit:

• €450 per stay, payable in advance.
• This amount may vary for longer rental periods.
