Our casa is far from your average cottage. While appearing modest in size from the street, our guests are pleasantly surprised to discover that the cottage offers a spacious interior spanning 120 m2. Casa Oliveira has undergone meticulous renovation and refurbishment, meticulously preserving original features like wooden beams and authentic trough vaults, ensuring it feels like a true 'home' for every guest.

Ibiza-inspired touch

Upon entering through the front door, you're greeted by the spacious kitchen, adorned with a touch of Ibiza style: bright white stucco walls, a large dining table with comfortable chairs, Spanish pottery plates adorning the walls, charming wicker hanging lamps, handmade Spanish wall tiles, and a brick kitchen unit with wooden doors and wrought iron handles, accompanied by a pellet stove. This area is equally inviting during the colder months. The fully equipped kitchen offers every convenience, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, juicer, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room, followed by a bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. The walls of this bathroom were once exterior walls, lending a robust and intimate atmosphere. In the utility room, you will also find cleaning supplies, an ironing board, and an iron.

All floors and stairs throughout the house are tiled with original Spanish tiles, which, combined with the thick walls and ceiling fans, offer a refreshing cooling effect during the often hot summer months. Access to the first floor is provided by a staircase leading to two bedrooms. The master bedroom, situated at the front of the house, features two single beds placed together and boasts a typical Spanish balcony accessed through patio doors. The second bedroom, located at the rear, offers a double bed and a small patio terrace. Between the bedrooms, there is a spacious landing area featuring a second bathroom equipped with a bath, sink, and toilet. Both bedrooms are equipped with electric radiators and ceiling fans.

Old original beams

The living room is accessed via a fixed staircase situated beneath the preserved roof truss, where the old original beams add character. With its spacious and bright ambiance, the living room benefits from the pointed roof featuring a Velux skylight and two terraces - one at the front and another at the rear. This design ensures maximum exposure to sunlight, enhancing the appeal of this charming house. Decorated with a touch of Ibiza flair, the living room features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, attractive rugs, a wicker hanging lamp, authentic wall lighting, appealing decor, a cozy pellet stove, and a television. You can conveniently stream programs from your phone to the television via Chromecast, and WiFi is available for work or leisure.
The rear terrace of the living room hosts the washing machine, two sunbeds, and storage for pellet stove pellets, while the front terrace boasts a delightful lounge sofa adorned with plush cushions, two armchairs, and potted plants. Elevated position of the terraces ensures optimal privacy, along with stunning views of the Sierra de Orxeta—a true delight. In the evenings, you can unwind and enjoy the sunset in this tranquil and private setting.

♠  A noteworthy feature of the house is the original wooden shutters installed in front of almost all windows and doors, providing not only a sense of security but also effectively regulating temperature by keeping out both heat and cold.
